2015 Annual “Story in our standings” – Sitting here on my BackPorch in KC, the local boys in blue
are the talk of the town. Fresh off a
World Series run, one without the Yankees,
those boys in blue continue to fill the stands with people and continue to fill
the fountains with Sweaty Ducks. Men are spending their weekly Per Diehms on baseball tickets. Los
Chicos Agua are shouting “Veni,
Vidi, Vici” as fireworks are Detonated
after each Moose homerun. Salvy is using
his water cooler to give Fun Dips
after each home game win and Denny Mathews is sporting Steve Bartman’s Headset to pump him up to call each game. Magic is in the air in KC! I can see Morales frequently visiting the Swingin’ Chefs to maintain his power
figure and be ready to take over for Hosmer when he is Out at First. Jack Harry
still won’t admit the Royals were a Bad
Team Rising but all of our Johnson
County Comrades think otherwise and look forward to home field advantage
for the 2015 World Zehries! Aaron Crows
Crusher is still waiting in the wings shouting “Gods Gonna Win” when the Royals don’t. Lorenzo Cain has caught everything this year in
center field except for a few J’s
Waterbugs hanging out in the Kauffman fountains and that’s only because
they are out of the field of play. The Spawn of Tom “Flash” Gordon may be
showing some speed in Miami, but the local boys show really what speed do….helping
them to the best record in the AL! And
when October arrives in KC, these boys in blue will still be on the field while
the “mighty” Tigers will be listening to the games on the radio as Beach Bums somewhere warm. It’s a great time to be as baseball fan in KC
and it’s a great time hanging out on my BackPorch
with my friends!

Just Being Me
I heard the below song lyrics from NF in his song "Just Being Me".
What will you do this year to reach out to others like you or who have a similar story as you?
Be you! You are not alone in this world. Share your story with others and you just might find out there are millions of others out there just like you.
"...I don't rap, so millions of people will like me, I rap, cuz there's millions of people just like me"
What will you do this year to reach out to others like you or who have a similar story as you?
Be you! You are not alone in this world. Share your story with others and you just might find out there are millions of others out there just like you.
